中文摘要: 纳米复合材料作为微容器应用于特殊化学物质的控制释放在生命科学、材料、环境与能源等领域具有潜在的应用前景。现有体系中由于客体的结构特性各异、主客体的相互作用复杂,释放动力学受主体的稳定性及环境影响较大,对结构、性质和功能缺乏规律性认识,很难用普适的方法获得有效的控释体系。因此探究制备有效包埋和释放的纳米复合材料,并对其包埋释放的机理及结构与性能关系的研究仍是该领域重要课题之一。本项目以此为目标,利用含Gemini和Dendron结构单元聚合物的拓扑结构及其独特的自组装行为,通过调整主客体的亲疏水性、电性、空间位阻等因素,获得所期望的功能自组装体,结合位点的预组织性对无机埃洛石纳米管进行修饰,构筑有序可控组装的纳米复合体系,探索其作为智能控释材料应用于特殊物质(交联剂、抗菌剂等)的可控释放。并系统探讨化学结构、组装方式对复合体系性质和功能的影响规律,为灵活设计构筑功能型纳米复合材料提供新思路。

英文摘要: Nanocomposites as successful containers are emerging great application prospect in controlled release of active materials, which are significant in modern materials science, medicine, energy and environment. There are complicated interactions between the carriers and guests in the existing system, due to various guests, the stability of the carrier and environment. However, whilst nanocarriers have been demonstrated, there are limited demonstrations that the relationship of structure, properties and the characteristics of release kinetics. To fabricate highly ordered controllable assembling nanocomposite materials for efficiently encapsulating active materials(e.g., cross-linking agent or antiseptics) and releasing with stimulative responsibility, taking natural halloysite as the carrier, the Geminized and Dendronized amphiphilic macromolecules with highly topological structure characteristics and smart self-assembly were used to engineer the interface of HNTs. Further, ease of adjusting the structure, together with the interactions referred to electrostatic hydrophilic/hydrophobic interactions,hydrogen, and rigidity/flexibility for skeleton to fabricate nanocomposites with various assembly. Though combining the macroscopic and microscopic method, the relationship of the chemical structure, the assembly, the properties and functions of nanocomposites are being explored systematically, to open pathways for engineering flexible composites that exhibit advantageous functions.
