中文摘要: 基于异质结磁电效应的非制冷弱磁传感器有望在室温条件下达到、或超越超导量子干涉仪的探测灵敏度,成为当前国际上信息器件的研究热点。本项目针对异质结磁电传感器研制中的关键基础科学问题:异质结磁电敏感材料的磁-弹-电耦合机理,敏感材料的电噪声起源与特性,材料信噪关联机制以及灵敏元器件与匹配电路组成传感器系统的信噪传递规律,开展以下研究:将机电类比等效电路模型与Johnson热噪声模型相结合,建立异质结磁电材料电噪声分布参数模型,在准静态和谐振态下全面阐释异质结磁电材料的信噪关联机制;以信噪关联模型为指导,基于全新高压电活性、超低介电损耗锰掺杂弛豫铁电单晶,采用光绘电极技术,发展块体异质结磁电材料新体系,本征弱磁探测性能优于传统的柔性多重推拉磁电复合材料;设计超低噪声传感器专用前置放大电路,与敏感材料相结合建立系统级信噪传输模型,指导传感器整体信噪比优化,以期满足水下磁探测应用需求。

英文摘要: It is a hot topic nowadays in the world that the heterostructural uncooled magnetoelectric (ME) magnetic sensors exhibit ultrahigh sensitivity at room temperature, which could compete with the superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID). This project focuses on the fundamental key issues including the mechanism of magneto-elasto-electric coupling related to the interface structure of heterostructural ME materials, the sources of the noise and correlation mechanism of signal and noise in heterostructural ME composites, and the transfer function model of signal and noise in the sensor system including sensing element and preamplification circuit. The following investigation is proposed such as : Establish the full spectrum band noise model based on the electromechanical equivalent circuit analogy and Johnson noise model, illustrate the correlation mechanism of signal and noise in heterostructural magnetoelectric composite in quasi-static and resonant state; Based on the S/N correlation model, design and fabricate new ME laminate composite with high quality Mn-doped relaxor ferroelectric single crystal materials and photoplotler electrode technology, the new ME material will have higher detectivity than the flexible circuit based multi-push-pull ME composite; Design and fabricate super low noise preamplifier, and establish transfer function model of the signal and noise of the sensor system. In the end the optimized ME sensor performance can meet application of underwater target detection.
