中文摘要: 经典环境风险计算通常考虑不同类型的危害终点发生的概率,计算出来环境风险之间不能进行直接进行比较。无法在风险评价的框架下进行优先控制物质筛选和环境基准的制定。本项目将在以前研究的基础上,构建环境左删失数据恢复方法来来表征的存在大量缺失的环境污染数据,从环境系统的角度出发,采用数学上公理化方法来严格定义环境系统风险评价体系,建立从个体危害到社会系统状态变量之间的函数关系,并将传统的可接受风险基准水平转换到环境系统风险基准水平,基于系统基准风险通过已经建立的函数关系进行逆变换到环境基准,最终实现环境基准在统一风险尺度下具有可比可加性,为环境管理提供理论支持。

英文摘要: Classic environmental risk was usually calculated use the occurrence probability of different harm types, which cannot be compared with each. It is impossible to screen the priority of controlled pollution under the risk assessment quantification frame. Based on previous research, this project will build environment left censored data recovery methods to characterize environmental pollution missing data, develop strict mathematical definition of the axiomatic approach to environmental risk assessment system, created the function relation from individual harm to the social system and convert benchmark level of acceptable traditional risk to the baseline level of environment system risk, which was used to establish the environmental benchmark value by inverse transform. Finally, the environmental risk can be added and compared under the same risk calculation frame, which will provide the theoretical support of environmental management.
