中文摘要: 碱矿渣水泥石抗氯离子侵蚀性能优越。但是目前相关研究多为宏观描述氯离子在该胶凝体系中的传输速率,尚缺乏深刻的机理研究,因此从理论上极大地限制了该胶凝体系在海工工程中的广泛应用。而氯离子在碱矿渣胶凝体系中结合问题的认识不足是研究传输机理的一大阻碍。因此本项目将研究氯离子在碱矿渣水泥石中的结合机理。具体包括:(1)通过实验量化氯离子侵蚀前后碱矿渣水泥石孔隙液化学组成和分析固相化学成分,探明氯离子在其中的结合形式及孔隙液化学组成的影响;(2)通过实验量化氯离子在碱矿渣水泥石中的结合能力,探明孔隙液化学组成对氯离子结合能力的影响,应用结合等温线模型建立两者之间的关系。结合申请人前期工作,力争对氯离子在碱矿渣水泥石中的传输机理有一个全面深刻的理解,为该胶凝体系在海工工程中的应用提供指导。

英文摘要: Alkali activated slag has good chloride resistance。However, most of the related studies have only described the rate of transport of chlorides in such cementitous material, but been not about the transport mechamisms, which has greatly limited its wide application in marine construction. It is considered that the limition of understanding on chloride binding in alkali activated slag is a big obstacle for the studies on the mechanisms of chloride transport. Therefore, this project will investigate the mechanisms of chloride binding in alkali activated slag, including: (1) to explore chloride binding model in alkali activated slag and the effect of pore solution chemistry on which, by means of quantifying pore solution composition and analysing the phases of alkali activated slag before and after chloride treatment; (2) to explore the effect of pore solution chemistry on chloride binding capacity in alkali activated slag by means of quantifying pore solution composition and chloride binding capacity, and to establish the relationship between them by using binding isotherm models. Together with the previous studies, it is strongly believed that transport of chlorides in alkali activated slag would be fully and deeply understood, and useful information and advice could be provided for the use of such material in marine construction.
