中文摘要: 本项目提出利用静电纺丝工艺制备新型的载药用空心笼Fe3O4纳米粒子。系统研究前驱溶液成分、粘度、煅烧和还原工艺等对其形貌、粒径、笼孔尺寸以及壁厚的影响规律,阐明其形成机制及控制原理,分析形成过程中的热力学、动力学问题;优化制备条件,将空心笼Fe3O4粒子的粒径控制在100nm以下,并分析测试其磁学性能参数,特别是磁热效应及其影响规律,揭示其机制。所得结果不仅对拓展静电纺丝法的应用范围、批量制备高性能、低成本的磁性纳米载药粒子具有重要的实验与理论价值,而且对进一步开发具有自主知识产权的新型靶向型纳米载药体系提供重要的理论与实际应用依据。

英文摘要: This project is aimed at the hollow cage-like Fe3O4 nanoparticles as a new-type drug carrier by Electrospinning technics. The influence of precursor component, viscosity, and the technics of calcination and reduction on morphology, particle size, hole diameter of cage, and wall thickness will be studied systematically. It is really necessary to illustrate the formation mechanism and domination principle, and analyze the thermodynamics and kinetics during forming progress. The preparation conditions will be optimized, and the size of the hollow cage-like Fe3O4 particle is hoped to be controlled less than 100 nm. To further, magnetic performance parameters, especially, magnetothermal effect will be measured and analyzed, so that the influence law is revealed. It is expected that the results not only have important experimental and theoretic value on expanding the applied field of electrospun and preparing magnetic drug-carrying nanoparticles with high performance and low costing, but also provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of novel targeting drug-carried system owning intellectual property rights.
