中文摘要: 钢-混凝土连续组合梁桥存在负弯矩区易开裂、自重大等难题,已成为其跨径进一步突破的技术瓶颈。针对上述问题,申请者提出将超高性能混凝土(UHPC)作为桥面板直接与钢主梁结合,形成钢-超高性能混凝土连续组合梁的新型结构。前期研究表明,新型组合梁具有抗裂度高、刚度大、自重轻等优点,可解决上述难题,并能将组合梁桥的跨越能力扩展至150~200m。本项目采用理论分析和模型试验的方法,对新型组合梁进行深入系统的研究,主要内容包括:(1)基于组合结构设计理论,提出新型组合梁的合理结构方案;(2)研究新型组合梁的基本性能,重点关注UHPC桥面板的开裂特点、负弯矩区的受力性能、组合梁的承载能力及相应的计算方法;(3)研究钢-UHPC结合面的连接方式、破坏机理及计算方法;(4)建立新型组合梁桥的基本设计理论与方法。本项目面向大跨径长耐久组合结构梁桥的需求,研究成果将为新型组合梁的实际应用提供理论依据和设计指南。

英文摘要: For steel-concrete continuous composite girder bridge, the ever-existing problems, such as prone to crack in hogging moment area and heavy dead weight, has become a technical bottleneck of further expanding span of this type of bridge. Aiming at these problems, a new structure of steel-UHPC continuous composite girder is proposed, namely integrate the UHPC designed as deck with steel main girder to form a composite structure. The preliminary research demonstrates that the new composite structure has advantages of good crack resistance, high rigidity and light weight, and has potential to overcome above problems as well as improve span capacity of composite bridge to 150~200m. The project aims to carry on exhaustive research on new composite girder by adopting the methods of theory analysis and model test, the main contents include as follows: (1) to bring forward reasonable scheme of new composite girder based on composite structure design theory; (2) to study on basic performance of new composite girder, focus on the cracking characteristics of UHPC deck, the mechanical property of hogging moment area, the bearing capacity of composite girder, and the corresponding calculation method; (3) to study on the mode of connection, failure mechanism of steel-UHPC joint surface and its calculation method; (4) to establish basic design method of the new composite girder bridge. The project faces the requirement of long-span composite bridge with sufficient durability; the achievements of the project would provide theoretical basis and design guide for practical application of new steel-UHPC continuous composite girder bridge.
