中文摘要: 流域尺度的水资源管理是水资源紧缺和水环境问题凸显背景下的重要科学问题。项目利用流域耗水即蒸散发特征反映水资源配置情况的研究思路,结合地表蒸散的站点观测数据和流域尺度蒸散的遥感反演结果,研究1960年代以来海河流域蒸散耗水的空间分布格局与变化特征;结合遥感分类获得的特定时期土地覆被及其变化信息,分析流域开发和治理驱动下的土地覆被变化对蒸散耗水的影响,探讨流域管理与土地覆被变化及流域蒸散之间的作用机制,在此基础上发展流域水资源管理评估模型,从蒸散耗水的角度评价已有或拟采用的管理措施,指导流域水资源分配等问题。本研究对于揭示流域尺度地表蒸散与土地覆被以及水资源配置之间的关系具有重要意义,可为我国其它流域的水资源管理提供参考。

英文摘要: Water management is the core issue of catchment management, especially under the circumstance of global water scarce and deteriorating water environment. In this study water consumption or evapotranspiration (ET) is used as an indicator of water resource situation in Haihe River Basin, and an assessment model frame will be established to guide water management in the basin. To achieve the objects, ET recoded by weather and hydrometric stations since 1960s and remote sensing derived ET since 2001 will be used together to reveal the spatial pattern of ET and its long-term dynamics. Land cover maps of specific periods will be produced using remote sensing. The information of land cover changes, which are major driven by basin development and management, will be introduced to assess the impact of land cover changes over ET from different land surfaces like forests and grasslands. Based on former results, the mechanism among water management, land cover and ET will be analyzed. This is also the fundamental of the aforementioned assess model. This study should be meaningful since both land cover and ET and also the relationship between the two are all key issues in determining new water management policies. The accumulated knowledge from the study will also support other basin management studies in China.
