中文摘要: 为提高起重性能和减轻自重,起重机械的金属结构大多采用众多梁杆组成的复杂框架结构,具有结构复杂、柔性大及承重能力强等特点,对其进行准确的力学分析,是保证机械安全可靠工作的重要前提。本项目将以具有变截面格构式构件的起重机械复杂梁杆系统为研究对象,对起重机械复杂梁杆系统的稳定性、几何非线性大位移及弯扭耦合性能等问题进行深入的研究和探讨。寻求一种新的方法与理论,用以求解变截面格构式构件及组合构件的稳定性及非线性变形等问题;深入研究梁杆组成的变截面构件抗扭刚度问题,建立一种有效求解抗扭刚度的新方法,为工程扭转刚度的计算提供理论依据;探索一种求解梁单元非线性大位移问题的新思路,为准确分析复杂梁杆系统大位移非线性问题提供有效的计算方法。本研究为解决起重机械复杂框架结构的稳定性、非线性变形及弯扭耦合等问题提供技术途径,具有重要的工程应用价值。

英文摘要: In order to improve performance and reduce weight lifting, the metal structure of lifting machinery always use many complex framework beam elements to compose a complex structure, which is strong, large flexible and big loading capacity, it is necessary to do a precise mechanical analysis to ensure the machinery working safe and reliable. In this project, the stability, large displacement geometric nonlinear and bending and torsion coupling behavior are researched with the background and application object of the tapered lattice crane’s beam-bar structures. To seek a new method and theory, which is used to solve the stability and nonlinear displacement of the tapered lattice element and combination elements. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the calculation of torsional stiffness engineering, torsional rigidity problem of the tapered beam which is composed by several members is studied, an effective method to solve the torsional stiffness is established. In the purpose to provide an effective method for the accurate calculation of large displacement of complex beam system, new ideas for solving the problem of large displacement nonlinear beam elements are explored. This study can be provided as a technical approach to solve stability, nonlinear deformation and bending and torsion coupling behavior of complex frame of crane, it has so important application value.
