中文摘要: 大数据知识服务时代的来临,使得数据成为对企业愈发重要的新型战略资源,更加充分的利用数据对于企业具有重要的意义。在质量管理领域,维护策略和控制图设计之间存在着数据共享的密切联系,但现有研究大都忽视了这种联系,将二者作为两个独立的领域分别研究,这造成了极大的数据/成本浪费。如果能将二者结合起来考虑,充分利用生产过程中产生的数据,实现二者的联合设计,将能显著地降低企业的管理成本。本项目从实际出发,为了实现维护策略和控制图设计之间的数据共享,基于经济设计视角,分情形探讨不完全维护策略和动态控制图的联合设计问题,并选取小批量过程进行应用分析。本项目将可靠性研究和统计过程控制这两个密切相关的领域结合起来考虑,研究成果不仅可实现维护策略和控制图设计之间的数据共享,进一步完善相关统计过程控制工具的设计技术;还可为实际管理人员提供更多的工具选择,提高相关运作管理的有效性。

英文摘要: With the advent of the era of big data knowledge service, data becomes more important as a new type of strategic resource to the business. It is of great significance for enterprises to make fuller use of data. In the field of quality management, there’s a close connection between maintenance strategy and control chart design via data sharing. However, the interdependence has not been adequately addressed in the literature and these two activities have been treated as two separate problems, which results in serious waste of data or cost. If these two fields are integrated effectively, one company can significantly reduce cost for management by taking full advantage of the data generated by production processes and realizing the joint optimal designing. In order to achieve the data sharing between maintenance strategy and control chart design, this project proceeds from reality and investigates the joint economic design issues of imperfect maintenance strategy, dynamic control chart in different conditions, also conducts an application analysis based on short-run production processes. This project joints these two closely related fields of reliability and statistical process control together, the research outputs not only enable the data sharing of maintenance strategy and control chart design and improve the design technique associated with statistical process control tool, but also provide more tool selection for administrators and enhance the efficiency of operation management.
