中文摘要: 近年来,钙钛矿太阳电池的迅速崛起引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。开发新型低成本、稳定、高效的无机空穴传输材料是该领域的一个研究热点,类钙钛矿结构的Cs2SnI6由于其较低的合成成本、极高的空穴迁移率而成为空穴传输材料的理想选择之一。本项目首次提出通过制备Cs2SnI6量子点的方法,使得这类空穴传输材料能够溶解在弱极性溶剂中,以此来解决在多层钙钛矿太阳电池制备过程中,空穴传输层与钙钛矿光吸收层层间互溶的问题,从而将这种含锡类钙钛矿型空穴传输材料引入到钙钛矿太阳电池中。而后针对无机空穴传输材料能级不易调控的问题,我们提出利用Cs2SnI6量子点表面配体交换的方式来调节空穴传输层能级,为空穴传输层能级调控提供了新思路。在此基础上,本项目还将深入研究配体交换对Cs2SnI6薄膜性质和钙钛矿太阳电池器件性能的影响机理,为新型、高性能、廉价的无机空穴传输材料的开发和调控提供理论和实验基础。

英文摘要: In recent years, perovskite solar cells have attracted wide attention due to their rapid development. One of research trends in this field is to exploit low cost, stable and high efficient inorganic hole transport materials. Cs2SnI6 is one of ideal inorganic hole transport materials because of its low cost and high hole mobility. In this project, we synthesize Cs2SnI6 quantum dots for the first time and Cs2SnI6 quantum dots can be easily dissolved in the weak polar solvent so that they can serve as hole transport layer in perovskite solar cells without dissolving the perovskite light absorbing layer. By the ligand exchange on the surface of Cs2SnI6 quantum dots, we can easily control the energy level of the hole transport layer. Based on these perovskite-like Cs2SnI6 quantum dots as a hole transport material, we will fabricate perovskite solar cells and will also study the working mechanism of the Cs2SnI6 hole transport layer in perovskite solar cells, which can provide theoretical and experimental basis for the development of new type inorganic hole-transporting materials.
