中文摘要： 本研究以企业集团母子公司关系网络中子公司的主导行为为切入点，通过对子公司主导行为的决定因素以及不同类型子公司主导行为的网络效应进行分析，探寻集团母公司针对不同类型子公司选择治理机制的逻辑机理。研究以组织理论、社会网络理论、新制度经济学等领域的已有研究为基础，运用文献研究、案例研究、社会网络分析、实验经济学方法、深度访谈、问卷调研等研究方法开展理论与实证分析，基于企业间关系、个体及组织的多维分析框架，识别出具有中国情境特征的子公司主导行为的决定因素模型，以及子公司主导行为与其网络效应（利益支持与弹性限制）的概念模型等。研究认为企业集团的母子公司关系网络特性对子公司主导行为的内在影响机理复杂，多重驱动逻辑耦合作用，并产生多层次影响效应。研究结论推进了企业集团网络治理的研究，丰富了新制度主义理论，是在总结西方研究成果基础上对中国情境的深入分析和内化，其理论涵义与实践要旨对我国转型经济条件下的企业集团网络化运营具有重要的指导价值。研究过程中发表标注本课题期刊论文12篇，提交标注课题会议论文10篇，其他会议论文1篇，指导完成研究生学位论文15篇，待出版书稿2部。

英文摘要： The research starts from subsidiary initiative in parent-subsidiary relationship network, and explores the logical mechanism of parent companies in choosing governance mechanisms for various types of subsidiaries, through the network effects analysis of the determinants of subsidiary initiative and various types of subsidiary initiative. Our study bases on existing studies in the fields of organization theory, social network theory, neo-institutional economics and so on, and uses literature, case studies, social network analysis, experimental economics approach, in-depth interviews, questionnaires and other research methods to carry out theoretical and empirical analysis. Based on the multidimensional analysis framework of interorganizational relationships, individuals and organizations, we identify the determinants model of subsidiary initiative under the contexts of China, and the conceptual model of subsidiary initiative and its network effects (interest supports and elastic limit).Our study suggests the internal influence mechanisms of the characteristics of the parent-subsidiary relationship network on subsidiary initiative is very complex, with multiple driving logic coupling, and thus producing multi-level effects. The conclusions promote the study of group network governance, enrich neo-institutional theory, and are the thorough analysis and internalization of China contexts. Its theory meaning and practice essence is of important guiding values to the network operations of business groups under the transition economies conditions in our country. During the studying process, we published 12 journal papers marking this topic, submitted 10 proceedings, one other proceeding, instructed 15 graduate degree thesis, and had 2 manuscripts to be published.
