中文摘要: 微波能作为一种清洁能源,已广泛应用于矿物热处理领域,但微波热处理矿物的相关基础理论匮乏,导致无法有效预测矿石吸波性能和微波场中矿石矿物间微波能量分配关系。基于此,本项目拟采用申请者课题组提出的微波吸收能力评价方法的基础上,研究典型有色金属矿石及铁锰矿石微波吸收性能,探清微波矿物处理过程中微波能量在矿物间的分配关系,并结合矿石的矿物学特征以及矿物的迁移转化规律,分析微波与矿物相互作用机制,为微波矿物处理工业化应用中的设备开发、处理方式、流程设计、过程预测和控制提供理论依据和指导。

英文摘要: Micriwave as a new clean energy has been widely used in mineral processing. However, due to lack of ralative basal theories of microwave interactions with minerals, it will be hardly realized that the microwave absorbing ability and the distribution relationship of microwave energy in various mineral components during microwave interactions with minerals are effectively predicted. Therefore, on the basis of the evaluation methods of microwave absorbing ability proposed by applicant's team, the microwave absorbing ability of typical nonferrous and ferro-manganese minerals and the distribution relationship of microwave energy in various mineral components in microwave processing minerals will be studied in this project. Moreover, the interactions mechanism of microwave and minerals will be discussed by the combination of the mineralogical characteristics and the migration-transformation rule of minerals, which will provide theoretical basis and guidance for devices development,ways of treatment, flowsheet design, process forecast and control in industrial application of mineral processing with microwave.
