中文摘要: 本项目从酶的基本结构入手,拟选取二苯丙氨酸(FF)基肽分子与卟啉类分子通过非共价键相互作用的超分子组装构建仿生生物酶体系。通过选取具有不同分子结构及性质的卟啉分子以及二苯丙氨酸基肽分子,构筑具有不同结构的仿生酶体系,并研究其催化以及生物化学传感性能。以这种方式构建仿生生物酶避免了传统制备仿生酶所需要的复杂的有机合成过程,实现一种简单、快速、廉价、绿色环保的构筑仿生酶的方法。通过对仿生酶体系中卟啉分子与肽分子的相互作用机制的研究,揭示仿生酶体系结构与功能之间的联系,为推动酶仿生技术的发展以及构建新型工业催化剂和生物传感器提供了一定的理论基础。

英文摘要: In this project, biological bionic enzymes will be constructed by supramolecular assembly of diphenylalanine-based peptides and porphyrin based on non-covalent interactions. Porphyrin and Diphenylalanine-based peptides with distinct structures and properties with diverse molecular structures and properties will be chosen as building blocks to construct biological bionic enzymes which catalytic and biochemical sensing properties are then studied. This novel method provides us a facile and green procedure to build biological bionic enzyme avoiding complicated organic synthesis participated in traditional preparation process. In addition, investigating the interaction mechanisms between diphenylalanine-based peptides and porphyrin molecules in the biological bionic enzymes will reveal us the relationship between structure and function of the biological bionic enzymes, which in turn indicates us the theoretical foundation of natural enzymes and promotes the development of enzyme bionic technology.
