中文摘要: 微束微区X射线荧光显微分析仪作为一种新型微区元素分析仪器,具有样品微区、微粒微量、快速简便等优点,同时可得出样品成分、形态、结构、物性等多方面的分析结果。但是仪器在实用化过程中面临着安装调节困难,校准分析繁杂、只能半定量分析等缺点。本项目针对该类型仪器在实用化过程中的关键技术瓶颈,提出:开展焦斑自动定位控制技术解决焦斑寻找、定位和测量方面的难题;通过微区含量定量解释技术解决微区条件下矿物元素精确定量分析的难题;通过建立矿物元素特征信息库解决矿物元素快速识别的难题。项目的创新之处在于采用新型面阵列Gadox探测器开展微区焦斑测量的研究,采用不确定度评定技术开展仪器测量参数优化的研究。项目研究给出了定量的考核指标,研究成果将极大的推动国内微束微区X荧光分析技术的发展以及相关仪器的实用化技术水平。

英文摘要: Micro-beam and Micro-range X-ray fluorescence microscopy analyzer is very important for micro-element analysis. It has many advantages such as micro, fast and more easy to use. And also it can be getting sample composition, morphology, structure, physical properties and other results. But this type of instrument has facing some difficulties in adjustment, installation, calibration, complex analysis in the practical process. The project gives us some advices in the process of practical for micro-beam XRFA. The first technique is Automatic positioning focal spot. We can easily find the location and measure the size of the focal spot by using the technique. The second technique is accurate quantitative element analysis under micro range conditions. The last technique is establishment of mineral elements characteristic information database to solve the problems of quickly identify minerals. Through three years of efforts, Our members hope to resolve the actual process's problem by two aspects. The innovation of the project lies in the application of new plane array Gadox detector and new technique of uncertainty assessment. Research projects give quantitative assessment indicators. Research results will greatly promote the domestic Micro-beam & Micro-range XRFA technique and improve the level of related instruments.
