中文摘要: 多环芳烃是一类典型的持久性有机污染物,具有半挥发性,高毒性,难降解,生物积累效应等特点。土壤是PAHs的重要载体,大多数PAHs存在于土壤中。因而发展土壤中PAHs的分析检测方法具有重要意义。虽然分析仪器的快速发展已为土壤中痕量PAHs的检测提供了可能,然而样品前处理过程仍旧必不可少,该过程是PAHs检测中最费时,最耗力以及最关键的操作步骤。因此本项目将结合全二维气相色谱-质谱法峰容量大,分析速度快等优势,发展简便快速的样品前处理方法用于复杂土壤中PAHs的分析检测。其中样品萃取方法拟考察加速溶剂萃取和微波辅助萃取等快速高效的抽提技术,而样品净化方法将采用磁固相萃取、QuEChERS等简单有效的净化方法。相比于传统的样品前处理方法,该方法的开发将简化土壤中PAHs分析检测的样品前处理步骤,不仅可以节约大量试剂成本,而且可以有效减少劳动时间,对于需要处理大量土壤样品的环境工作者具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are one of the typical kinds of persistent organic pollutants (POPs), which have the features of semi-volatile, high toxicity, refractory and bioaccumulation. PAHs broadly exist in the environment, especially in soils. Therefore, development of analytical methods for the determination of PAHs in soils is significant. Although the rapid development of analytical instruments offers the possibility of detecting trace amount of PAHs in complex soils, sample pretreatment processes are still unavoidable, which remain the most time-consuming, labor consumption and important key steps in the entire analysis process. In this project, by combining the advantages of comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography, we will develop simple and rapid sample preparation methods for the analysis of PHAs in soils. Fast and efficient extraction technologies, such as accelerated solvent extraction and microwave-assisted extraction will be applied, while simple and effective purification methods, such as magnetic solid phase extraction and QuEChERS methods are also being employed. Compared with the traditional sample preparation method, the developed method will simplify the experiment procedures, which not only save a lot of organic solvents, but also effectively reduce the labor intensity of analytical workers, of great significance for environmental analysts who need to deal with a large number of soil samples.
