中文摘要: 深入研究雨水径流水力及水质变化过程,针对不同地面条件探讨降雨径流污染物的冲刷及输移规律,建立城市降雨径流模型并通过灵敏度分析进行累积和冲刷过程参数优化,在管网进行等效简化与补偿的基础上,结合雨水径流污染物累积冲刷模型,采用运动波和动力波方法建立管道渐变非恒定流管网水力模型,并在简化污染物衰减条件下建立主要污染物的管网水质变化计算模型。在此基础上,分析不同暴雨强度及重现期条件下,管网下游排水口及截流井的水量及水质变化特点,研究初期雨水量和水质的变化规律、污染历时并进行实测率定,进而探讨初期雨水水力、水质特性与设计管径、管材、坡度等的相关性,分析初期雨水截流与调蓄等的污染控制和排涝作用。以经济性、径流污染控制及管网输送能力为目标建立多目标雨水系统优化模型,采用多目标智能进化算法,探索解决雨水系统优化建设及改建课题。

英文摘要: The hydraulic and water quality variation process of rainwater runoff is studied deeply. According to different ground conditions, the erosion and transport law of pollutants in rainfall runoff is investigated. Then the city rainfall runoff model is established, and the parameters of accumulation and erosion process are optimized by sensitivity analysis. On the basis of equivalent simplification and compensation in the distribution network, the gradual and unsteady flow hydraulic model is developed using the kinematic wave and dynamic wave method, combined with the pollutants accumulation and erosion model of rainwater runoff. Besides the water quality change calculation model of main pollutants is established under the condition that the pollutants attenuation is simplified. On this basis, the characteristics of water quantity and quality change in pipe downstream outlet and intercepting well are analyzed on different rainfall intensity and recurrence period conditions. The water quantity and quality change law and pollution duration of initial rainwater are researched and the actual measurement and calibration are done. And then the relationship between hydraulic and water quality characteristics of initial rainwater and the design of pipe diameter, pipe, slope, etc is explored. The pollution control and drainage effect of initial rainwater interception and storage are analyzed.In the economy, runoff pollution control and network transmission capacity as the goal, a multi-objective optimization model of storm-water system is developed. The optimal construction of storm-water system is solved and the subject is redeveloped by the multi-goal intelligent evolutionary algorithm.
