中文摘要: 气管肿瘤、气管外伤或者气管先天性畸形往往导致气管严重狭窄从而危及患者生命,需要进行气管切除和重建。目前国内外应用气管重建的材料和方法较多,但对于长节段的气管缺损(超过6cm),仍没有理想的气管替代物。本项目利用前期提出的分段融合定向成骨重建长段骨缺损这一概念作为理论基础,通过生物学评价、理化性能评价及力学性能评价进一步筛选和优化组织工程气管支架材料;同时一次成型制备出带有横向管道的组织工程气管支架,并对其进行涂层和改性定形;最后利用二次成型和分段融合节段性气管再生物进行长段气管缺损重建动物模型建立,探讨仿生型人工气管的可行性,为长段气管缺损修复提供新思路和新方法。

英文摘要: Severe tracheal stenosis,which commonly result from tumor of trachea,tracheal trauma,congenital deformity constitute a threaten for patient life,thus the need for tracheal resection and reconstruction.Now,numerous different types of materials and techniques have been introduced and used to reconstruct tracheal defects,but for large area (more than 6cm), there are still not ideal of tracheal replacement.Based on the concept of segment fusion osteogenic reconstruction of segmental bone defect,we through the evaluation of biological evaluation, physicochemical properties and mechanical performance evaluation further screening and optimization of tissue engineering tracheal stent materials; at the same time, forming a preparation of tissue engineering tracheal stent with horizontal pipeline, and the the coating and modification of amorphous; and finally preparing animal model canine which extensive tracheal defect , and the two molding and piecewise integration of segmental tracheal biological reconstruction of extensive tracheal defects, discuss its feasibility.
