中文摘要: 依靠不含特异敏感膜的单一传感头而同时实现定性和高精度高灵敏度定量检测,是目前生化传感中一直以来需要解决的关键科学问题。针对此问题,本项目提出了被测液体与波导芯之间无固体包层和串联长周期波导光栅(LPWG)的生化传感器创新方案。以被测生化液体直接作为波导包层,在聚合物平面光波导上制作串联的LPWG,分别通过LPWG将波导中传输的光部分耦合进/耦合出被测液体包层,解析输出谱中被测物质的吸收光谱和谐振波长的偏移量分别实现定性与定量检测。该方案的提出,同时解决了高灵敏度定量检测问题和无需特异敏感材料实现定性检测问题,预期最终实现大于20000 nm/RIU的高灵敏度、小尺寸、低成本的LPWG生化传感技术研究。本项目的研究与完成将在生化检测方面具备广阔的应用背景,能够在现今越来越严重的关乎国计民生的食品、药品安全等领域中提供重要技术支持,具有重要的科学意义与应用前景。

英文摘要: Relying on a single sensor head which does not contain specific sensitive membrane to actualize qualitative and quantitative detection has been needed to solve presently for bio-chemical sensing. Aiming at solving the key problem, we propose a novel structure, unique sensing mechanism bio-chemical sensor which is fabricated by two series of polymer long-period waveguide grating (LPWG) and directly with bio-chemical detection liquid as waveguide cladding. The resonance light will be coupled to the liquid cladding through LPWG1, then coupled back to the waveguide core by LPWG2. The qualitative and quantitative detections will be realized respectively by analyzing output absorption spectrum and resonance wavelength shift related to the liquid detection concentration. We eventually expect to realize the bio-chemical sensing technology with high sensitivity greater than 20000 nm/RIU, small size, low cost and multi-function integration. The development and completion of the project will have a broad application background in chemical and biological detection, and may provide an important technical support for solving today's increasingly serious civil problems such as food and drug safety which is beneficial to the people's livelihood, which will also have important scientific significance and application prospects.
