中文摘要: 申请人在世界上首次提出用视细胞的光波导理论来研究他们首先最近发现的人眼中四个新的黄金分割点:蓝视锥与绿视锥吸收峰之间的黄金分割波长,色调分辨能力最强的波长,以及视杆细胞的最敏感波长几乎是完全重合的;负责明视的红、绿视锥细胞最敏感波长间的黄金分割点与明视时亮度最敏感波长非常接近;人眼的明视曲线中绿视锥和红视锥权重的比例与黄金分割点极其接近;视锥细胞外段与内段间的耦合损耗最小的点对应的折射率恰好是肌样体的折射率和椭球体的折射率的黄金分割点。申请人在世界上首先提出了将两个相邻视锥细胞分为强耦合区和弱耦合区,强耦合区包括外纤维和内段,其耦合比是与波长相关的,弱耦合区包括外段。申请人在世界上首次提出用光波导的理论来研究人眼颜色拮抗产生的内在机理。本项目将研究强耦合区的波长依赖性与颜色视觉的阶段学说的第二阶段(信息加工段)的协同作用对颜色拮抗的影响机理。

英文摘要: We first propose to use optical waveguide theory of human photoreceptors to study our four newly found Golden Ratio Phenomena, such as: the three points, which are the Golden Ratio wavelength between the green and blue cones' absorption peaks, the highest resolution wavelength, and the rod's absorption peak, are very close; the most intensity sensitive wavelength is very close to the Golden Ratio wavelength of red and green cone' absorption peaks; in the photopic luminosity function, the weighting ratio of green and red cones' contributions is close to the Golden Ratio; the refractive index of ellipsoid at the lowest coupling loss between the inner and outer segments is close to the Golden Ratio point of refractive index of myoid and ellipsoid. We first propose to separate the two neighbor cones into two regions including a strong coupling region (including outer fiber and inner segment) and a weak coupling region (including outer segment), where the coupling ratio in the strong coupling region is wavelength dependent. We first propose to study the opponent color mechanics based on the optical waveguide theory. We shall study that the opponent color mechanics depends on coordinating between the wavelength dependency of strong coupling region and the second stage (information processing stage) of the Stage Theory of color vision.
