中文摘要: 金属纳米颗粒构建成聚集体结构可以使相邻金属颗粒表面电磁场叠加,产生大量的“热点”,使局部电磁场强度提高十几个数量级,“热点”的存在可以显著增强荧光,拉曼散射和红外吸收等。本项目致力于金属纳米颗粒聚集体的制备,通过调整聚集体结构来调节聚集体表面电磁场分布及强度,然后将聚集体与荧光材料耦合,系统研究电磁场对荧光的影响。通过各项参数的调整实现聚集体结构对荧光的进一步增强,并将此结构用于荧光探针,开发其在生物领域的应用,为开发一种稳定性好,灵敏性高的生物荧光探针提供理论依据和技术方案。

英文摘要: Hotspots can be generated at junctions or gaps between metal nanoparticles due to the overlap of electromagnetic fields, the electromagnetic field located at hotspots can be enhanced several orders of magnitude. The fluorescence, Raman scattering, and infrared absorption can be amplified greatly by hotspots. This project focuses on the fabrication of aggregated metal nanoparticles, adjusting the state of electromagnetic field via changing the structure of aggregated metal nanoparticles, and used for Metal surface Enhance Fluorescence (MEF). This study aims to obtain a promoted MEF effect in aggregated metal nanoparticles, and used in fluorescent biosensor, to provide a theory and technology foundation for developing a sensitive and stable fluorescent biosensor.
