中文摘要: 基于单体MgO:APLN的多光参量振荡器(MOPO)是获得同谱区以及跨周期多波长可调谐激光的有效途径,在THz、光通信、军事等领域有着重要应用前景。本项目前期工作中,获得了输出功率均达到W级水平的1.57μm和3.84μm跨周期参量光同步输出,但实验过程中出现功率拐点、光束质量恶化等一系列能量逆转换现象,极大制约了多光参量振荡器的性能提升及应用。本项目着眼于该逆转换过程,针对前期工作只能对该过程近似定量分析、被动抑制的问题,理论上建立能够解耦器件参数描述多光参量逆转换演变过程的物理模型,揭示关键器件参数与逆转换的对应关系,为该类激光器优化设计提供规律性依据。抑制逆转换方面创新性提出电场调控MgO:APLN中多光参量能量耦合配比新方法,并探索性开展空心激光泵浦调节空域能量强点实验研究,力求解决传统逆转换抑制方法不可调控的问题,最终为实现高效率、高光束质量的MOPO提供理论支持和技术途径。

英文摘要: The Multiple Optical Parametric Oscillator(MOPO) based on single MgO:APLN crystal is an effective path to achieve the synchronous tunable multi-wavelength laser in the same spectral region, which has been one of the hotspots in the fields of THz, Optical Communication and military. In the previous work, the 1.57μm and 3.84μm parameter laser which maximum output power researched the watt level was obtained, at the same time power turning point and beam quality deterioration appeared in the experiment, which greatly restricted the performance improvement and application of MOPO. For the phenomenon of energy back conversion appeared in the testing process, according to previous work we can only focus the problem of approximate quantitative analysis and passive inhibition, theoretical model was established which can decouple device parameters to describe the evolution process of MOPO back conversion, revealed the corresponding relation between device parameters and the back conversion, provided regular basis to optimize the design of this kind of laser. On back conversion a new method of MgO:APLN MOPO energy coupling ratio controlled by electric was designed innovatively, and carry out exploratory experiment studies in the field of hollow laser pump adjusting spatial energy strong points, strive to solve the problem of uncontrollable traditional back conversion suppression, finally provide theoretical support and technical way to achieve high efficiency, high beam quality MOPO.
