中文摘要: 为了更好的研究4f体系金属材料的性质,深入理解镧系金属在高温下伴随着相变和氧化过程的晶体结构有着重要的研究意义。过去的研究主要集中在研究力学性质和结构特性上,对镧系金属在高温下的光学性质的研究较少。在本项目中,我们提出通过椭圆偏振光谱方法来研究铈镧合金高温下的相变特性。利用椭偏方法,我们可以获得铈镧合金的光学性质随温度变化的规律,并且通过观察其光学性质的突变来反映相变过程。通过研究几个特定温度下铈镧合金的光学性质,可以得到相变导致能带结构的变化规律;同时通过连续测量椭偏参数随温度的变化,可以直接反映发生相变的温度点。不同组分铈镧合金的相变特性同样可以通过椭偏方法获得。本项工作可以帮助我们更深入的理解4f体系材料的光学性质,并且可以由光学性质分析材料的能带结构随温度的变化规律。

英文摘要: In order to better exploit the properties 4f-block metals, it is perceived that an improved understanding of the crystal structure of lanthanide at high temperatures as well as the concomitant phase change and oxidation behaviour is necessary. It focused on the mechanical and structural properties in the past, but the study on optical properties of lanthanide at high temperatures was few. In this project, we present an optical research to characterize the phase transformation of Ce-La alloys by spectroscopic ellipsometry. The temperature dependent optical properties of Ce-La alloys will be acquired by ellipsometry, and the shift is observed to indicate the phase transformation. The optical properties of Ce-La alloys with several specifically temperatures will be analyzed to investigate the transition of band structure induced by phase transformation, and continuous ellipsometric parameters with varying temperature will be measured to represent the phase change point. The transformation properties of Ce-La alloys with different composition can be studied by spectroscopic ellipsometry. This work will help us understand more about the optical properties of 4f-block metals, and the temperature dependent band structures can be discussed from the optical properties.
