中文摘要: 精细化工生产系统的微(小)型化是实现精细化学品高效率、低能耗生产的有效途径,亦是合理控制生产系统产能的关键。如何针对具体反应过程,采用微化工技术,认识受限空间内的传递、传递与反应耦合规律,以优化系统集成度、提高操作稳定性和可靠性是微通道反应器设计与开发亟待解决的重要问题。本申请拟主要通过实验手段,结合理论分析和数值模拟,对紫罗兰酮合成过程中涉及的液-液两相反应“柠檬醛与丙酮缩合反应”和“假性紫罗兰酮环化反应”进行研究,力求解决如下问题:(1)确定缩合反应及环化反应所需微反应器的初步参数;(2)研究微通道构型产生的二次流及液-液两相与传热内在关系;(3)研究同一反应在均相体系本征动力学与液-液两相体系中宏观动力学之间存在的差异性,确定液-液两相体系中的传质阻力对反应的影响。本项目的实施将为开发基于微化工技术的紫罗兰酮合成新技术提供理论依据,并可拓展至其它精细化学品合成领域。

英文摘要: Miniaturization of fine chemical production system is in favor of the energy saving and consumption reduction for production process of fine chemical. Moreover, It is also the key to reasonable control production capacity of system. It's an urgent question how to optimize system integration, improve operational stability and reliability, and understand the law of heat and mass transport phenomena and reaction principles on micro spatio-temporal scales in the course of microreactor design and development by rationally using microreactor's principles and methods. In this project, we will carry out aldol reaction of citral and acetone and cyclization of pseudoionone involved in the process of ionone synthesis under lquid-liquid two phase condition. We hope to strive to solve the following problems by means of experiments, accompanied by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. (1) Preliminary parameters on condensation raction and cyclization in microreactor will be established; (2) The relationship between secondary flow involved with microchannel configuration and heat transfer will be revealed; (3) The difference of intrinsic kinetics in a homogeneous system and macroscopic kinetics in liquid-liquid two-phase system will be investigated. And the mass transfer resistance of liquid-liquid two-phase system will be determined. This project will provide the theoretical basis for development of novel technology about ionone production based on the microchemical technology. Moreover, they can be extended to other fine chemical processes.
