中文摘要: 客观世界信号的特点决定了模拟电路必不可少,而舰船温湿度变化频繁等恶劣环境对其动力监控模拟电路提出了苛刻的设计与诊断要求,容差效应问题极为突出;模拟电路诊断是当前电路诊断的“瓶颈”,且在电路集成化趋势下,迫切需要寻找传统电压信号之外新的可测信号。本题从一个新信号的角度开展全面、系统地模拟电路诊断方法研究,包括:模拟电路动态电源电流信号测量方法及其电路实现;动态电源电流信号的仿真建模方法;揭示典型故障与动态电源电流之间的内在关系,查明与故障密切相关的特征量及变异特性,并研究故障特征提取算法;重点突破舰船动力监控系统大容差影响情况下有效利用动态电源电流的故障检测算法。将算法研究和以获得最佳判断结果为目标的测量方法研究同时进行,突出二者交互作用,为动态电源电流应用于模拟电路诊断奠定理论方法基础和信号测量技术基础。研究成果对于提高舰船动力监控系统可靠性具有重要意义,也可移植应用于其它军用和民用领域。

英文摘要: Analog circuits are absolutely necessary, because most of the natural signals are analog signals. The environment parameters of naval ship change frequently, such as temperature, humidity. The problems of component tolerance in this environment are very complex, and these require more perfect analog circuits. Fault diagnosis of analog circuits is the bottleneck of circuits’ diagnosis at present. The rapid development of integrated circuits is crying for a new accessible signal except for the traditional voltage signal. A new signal will be studied systematically for fault diagnosis of analog circuits. The detailed content includes four parts. The first part is the measuring method of dynamic power supply current and the implementation circuits to acquire this signal. Secondly, the modeling method for simulating the dynamic power supply current of analog circuits will be studied. Thirdly, the features of dynamic power supply current and their variation characteristics corresponding to each typical fault will be ascertained through the in-depth research on internal fault mechanisms. And a feature extraction method will be proposed, too. At last, a special fault detection algorithm will be developed to estimate the state of analog circuits in power monitor and control system. The signal processing algorithms and the signal measuring method to obtain the best estimation results will be optimized simultaneously. The research results will lay a good foundation of analog circuits’ diagnosis in the aspects of signal processing algorithms and signal measurement. These achievements will have great significance to the reliability improvement of power monitor and control system and can be expanded to other military and civil applications.
