英文摘要: Metal-semiconductor hetero-nanomaterials that integrate surface plasmon and exciton in nanoscale, along with the synergistic properties, present many novel physical and chemical properties, which have significant application in the field of micro/nano photonics. In this proposal, we will investigate the controllable synthesis of Au nanorod-CdSe hetero-nanostructures and their optical properties based on our previous works. The growth mechanism of CdSe nanocrystals on Au nanorods will be explored, and we will obtain the Au-CdSe hetero-nanorods with controlled morphologies, structures, sizes and spatial distributions. The influence of structure parameters and excitation conditions on the linear and nonlinear optical properties of the hetero-nanomaterial will be investigated with absorption spectra, photoluminescence spectra, fluorescence lifetime spectra and Z-scan system. Subsequently, the surface plasmon resonance properties of the metal-semiconductor hetero-nanosystems will be systematically analyzed using FDTD numerical simulation. Combining the experimental results and theoretic analysis, the influence mechanism of plasmon-exciton interaction on the optical properties for Au-CdSe hetero-nanorods will be clarified. Finally, it will be achieved that the optical properties of the Au nanorod-CdSe hetero-nanomaterials are resonace enhanced and artificially controlled. Through this project, a new metal-semiconductor nanostructure which aims at the supply for the research of light-matter interaction and for the potential applications will be provided. Our previous works have laid a foundation for this project.
