中文摘要: 延时耦合垂直腔表面发射激光器(VCSELs)具有低阈值电流、大的调制带宽、易集成、易与光纤耦合、独特的动力学行为、复杂的光子学现象等特性。利用这些特性,延时耦合VCSELs网络混沌同步系统拓展了新的应用领域,如多信道和多链路的复杂保密通信网、光子信息处理、神经网络等。为此,探索延时耦合VCSELs网络混沌同步的特性,以及获取稳健的实时混沌同步的新方法和新技术成为至关重要的任务。本项目旨在于探明三节点VCSELs网络中节点激光器的混沌特性内在规律;探索全局耦合网络最优渐近混沌同步方案;获取每一种网络拓扑结构中两个单向或双向耦合节点之间的最佳实时混沌同步的技术方法;掌握高品质和较强稳键性的延时耦合VCSELs网络实时混沌同步的关键控制技术;初步实现保密性强和安全性高的小型延时耦合VCSELs网络混沌同步保密通信系统。本项目的研究可望为推动激光网络混沌保密通信系统迈向实用化提供部分关键技术支持。

英文摘要: Delay-coupled vertical cavity surface emitting lasers (VCSELs) have many properties, such as low threshold current, large modulation bandwidth, easy integration, easily coupled with optical fiber, unique dynamic behaviors, complex phenomena in photonics. By using these properties, the applications of the chaotic synchronization of delay-coupled VCSEL network expand some new fields that rang from complex secure communications network with multi channel and multi link, and photonic information processing to neural network. Therefor, it is an important task that the chaotic synchronization properties of delay-coupled VCSEL network are explored, as well as the new method and novel technique of the robust chaotic synchronization with zero-lag are obtained. This project aims to ascertain the internal laws of the chaotic properties of the node laser in the network composed of three node VCSELs. Moreover, the optimal scheme of asymptotic synchronization of chaos will be explored in global-coupled network. And the method for the optimal zero-lag chaos synchronization between two node lasers with unidirectional or bidirectional coupling can be obtained in each kind of network topology. Also it aims to master the key techniques of the control of chaotic synchronization with high quality and strong robustness in delay-coupled VCSELs network. In this project, based on small delay-coupled VCSEL network, it is hopeful that the chaos-synchronized secure communication system with confidentiality and high safety is performed. It is expected that the research of this project can provide some of the key technical support for promotion of the chaotic secure communication system with laser network into practicability.
