中文摘要: 植物源木材防腐剂开发是木材保护学领域的研究热点之一,但已有研究多停留在植物活性成分抑菌性能的评价上,对如何提高活性成分的缓释性能,揭示其动力学机制仍鲜见报道。在前期研究基础上,本课题拟采用印楝提取物作为植物源木材防腐剂微囊的囊芯,制备植物源防腐剂微囊缓释制剂,通过控制微囊的包覆结构,揭示微囊粒径尺寸与其在木材中流动性、沉积性的关系,从微观角度出发总结微囊缓释过程的受控规律,并建立系统的药物释放动力学分析体系,使活性成分得到缓慢释放,达到延长防腐时效,提高环境稳定性的效果。项目的研究为环保型木材防腐剂开发领域提供一个新思路。

英文摘要: It has always been a hot spot of plant source wood preservatives in wood protection field, but existing researches were mostly about performance evaluation of antifungi component, research about how to improve control-released of active ingredient and it's dynamic mechanism were little. On the basis of previous research on plenty plant resource preservations, this project takes the microencapsulation of plant resource preservations as a starting point, with a resin wall, controls the microencapsulation process, size distribution,cladding.rate and wall layer structure by microencapsulation condition, to find the relativity between diameter of microcapsule and flow and deposition of it in timber, microcapsule system which has a better release properties. The analytical framework of drug delivery was based. The active of preservative could released for it protract live-span and improve the corrosion periods. It will also offer a reference to develop a new type of plant source wood preservatives.
