中文摘要: 石蕊科隶属于子囊菌门,茶渍纲,茶渍目,是枝状地衣类群中最大的科。石蕊科地衣共生菌,藻在长期的协同进化过程中,菌藻之间的相互作用使藻细胞在形态、生理和遗传上产生了一些特有的性状。本项目将在进行广泛野外调查和标本采集的基础上,对我国石蕊科地衣共生藻进行深入系统的、多特征的分类研究,其研究目的不仅在于澄清我国该科地衣共生藻的种类,同时还要结合亚显微结构和分子生物学方面的大量数据资料,建立石蕊科地衣共生藻客观有效的分类方法。在此基础上,进一步分析该科地衣共生藻与其它类群之间的亲缘关系,构建分子系统进化树。本项目不仅对地衣共生藻这一特殊生境的藻类资源研究具有重要的科学意义,同时也为我国藻类植物生物多样性的保护提供科学依据。

英文摘要: The family Cladoniaceae belongs to Ascomycota, Lecanoromycetes, Lecanorales. The family Cladoniaceae of the fruticose lichens is the largest and most diverse groups of lichen-forming fungi. During the long-term coevolutionary process, some unique features in morphology, physiology and heredity have been induced between mycobint and photobiont because of symbiotic interactions. In this work, the species and classification of algal photobionts associated with the lichen-forming fungus Cladoniaceae in China will be deeply, systematically and multi-characteristically examined on the basis of wide field investigation and sample collection. Meanwhile, the morphological characteristics and molecular data will be obtained and analyzed. Combined these data and compared with the other species around world, more objective and efficient classification system of algal photobionts associated with the lichen-forming fungus Cladoniaceae will be established. In addition, the relationship with other algal groups and molecular phylogeny will be further analyzed. The project will provide important evidence and stable basis for the study of algal photobionts in special habitats. Also, the data will give essential theory base for biodiversity protection of algae diversity in China.
