中文摘要: 由于在复杂的外部服役环境作用下和自身制造工艺水平的限制,重载铁路有砟轨道结构部件存在初始微小缺陷。在大轴重的荷载作用下,轨道结构微小缺陷动力性能将发生演化,给有砟轨道结构部件带来一系列突出的动力性能问题,进一步恶化线路状态,降低结构耐久性,恶化列车运行品质,给行车安全造成极大隐患。本项目针对25t及以上轴重的重载铁路有砟轨道,运用理论与实验相结合研究手段,开展轨道结构部件(包括钢轨、扣件系统、道床等)在微小缺陷状态下的动力性能演化及其安全控制研究,探明大轴重重载铁路初始缺陷状态下的有砟轨道结构动力性能演变机制,揭示其性能演化对重载列车运用安全性能的影响规律,进而基于动态性能提出结构部件缺陷的安全控制限值。研究成果将提升我国重载铁路动力学理论与技术水平,并将指导重载铁路建设、扩能改造和高效安全运营,为完善和健全重载铁路养护维修标准提供理论依据与技术支撑,具有重要研究意义和巨大的社会经济效益。

英文摘要: Because of the complex external service environment and limitations of manufacture technology, there are many original tiny defects existing in the structure of the ballast track of heavy-haul railway. Under the action of the heavy load, dynamic performance of the structure with the tiny defects would be evolved. It can bring about a series of serious dynamic problems, as would worsen the railway condition and reduce the structure durability, and worsen the running quality of the vehicle so as to result in potential safety. So, by means of the theoretical and experimental methods, aimed at the heavy-haul railway with axle-load being more than 25t, the research of mechanism of dynamic evolution and safety control of ballast track is investigated due to the tiny defects in this project. The structure of the ballast track includes the rail, the fastening and the ballast bed. We try to explore the mechanism of dynamic evolution, and reveal the influence of the dynamic evolution on the running safety of vehicle. So the values of safety boundary of defects would be presented on the basis of the dynamic performance. This research may help to promote the theory and technology of Chinese heavy-haul railways, and to guide the railway engineering of construction and reformation. The results obtained from the project could provide the theoretical support for setting more scientific standards of maintenance in heavy-haul railway. There are many important research meanings and huge social and economic efficiency necessarily.
