中文摘要: 随着我国国民经济的发展,特高压电网在我国应运而生。特高压输电塔线体系是重要的生命线工程,具有塔体高、荷载重、跨度大和投资高等特点,在达到一定的使用年限后,输电塔的结构功能不断退化,其可靠度指标也逐渐降低。本项目基于全寿命设计理念,研究以下四个方面的内容:1.考虑功能退化的输电塔结构构件抗力随机过程;2.输电塔结构体系失效路径和失效模式; 3.输电塔-线体系的失效路径和失效模式;4.考虑结构功能退化的输电塔结构时变可靠度分析方法、维修制度优化和剩余承载力评定。通过本项目的研究,发展工程结构体系的时变可靠度实用分析方法、输电塔线体系的可靠度计算理论和维修决策方法,为保障我国特高压电网的运行安全和维护提供理论上的依据和技术上的支撑。

英文摘要: In order to meet the needs of the economic development, the UHV transimission network system is being constructured in our country. The UHV transimission tower-line system belongs to lifeline engineering, It has many characteristics, such as high-rise structure, heavy loads, large span and high investment etc., the function of structural performane will be deteriorated and the reliablity will be time-varying after certain service life. Based on the lifecycle design concept, this project contain following four aspects:(1)stochastic process of resistance of the deteriorating member in towers considering the time-varying;(2)failure paths and failure modes of the transimission tower structure system;(3)failure paths and failure modes of the transimission tower-line structure system;(4)practical approach for analysis of the time-dependent transimission tower structural reliability, optimization of maintenance strategies and evaluation of remaining bearing capacity of existing tower structures. It is aimed that the practical approach for analysis of the time-dependent engineering structural reliablity, the reliablity theory and the maintenance strategy method for transimission tower-line system will be developed throgh the projcet, so as to provide theoretical basis and technological supports to the safty operating and maintenance for UHV transimission network in our country.
