中文摘要: 磁性聚合物载药微粒作为一种新型缓释靶向药物剂型,已成为当前国内外抗癌药物剂型研究的热点问题。超临界流体辅助雾化(SAA)技术是一种绿色高效的微粒制备技术。通过研究SAA技术制备磁性聚合物微粒时各操作参数对流体流动过程的影响,探索制备磁性聚合物微粒的微粒化机理和一般规律;通过对超临界流体与聚合物溶液混合与分离的相行为研究,掌握SAA过程液相的溶剂化效应对微粒形貌的影响规律,探索磁性聚合物载药微粒成形与液相体积膨胀率之间的联系。通过本项目的研究,开发一种制备磁性聚合物载药微粒的基本方法,研究制备过程中存在的基本科学问题,掌握过程的基本规律,形成原创性制备医用复合微粒的技术成果。

英文摘要: Magnetic drug-loaded polymer microspheres, as a novel sustained-release drug targeting preparation, have become a focus in the research of the anticancer drug. Supercritical fluid assisted atomization (SAA) technology is a green and efficient technology for preparing the microparticle. Through the study on the influences of operating parameters of preparing magnetic polymer particles on the the fluid flow process, the mechanism and the general rule of preparing magnetic polymer microparticles are obtained. Based on the study on the phase behavior of mix and separation of supercritical fluid with polymer solution, the influence of solvent effect in liquid phase on the microparticles morphology in SAA process are understood, and a relationship between the morphology of the magnetic drug-loaded polymer microparticles and the liquid volume expansion ratio is established. Through the study of this project, a basic method for preparing magnetic drug-loaded polymer microspheres is developed, the basic science problems related to the process design and operation are studied and the basic rules of the process are obtained, and then an original technology for preparing medical compositer microspheres is developed.
