中文摘要: 因膜材的粘弹性能,膜结构张拉完成后膜面发生应力松弛,导致膜面刚度降低,影响结构安全性能及美观性。目前膜结构设计分析过程未考虑膜材粘弹性能,仅通过一定张拉方法来消除膜面应力松弛对膜结构张力的影响。对膜结构施工成形曲面进行应力松弛分析是检验张拉方案有效性的直接手段。本研究以膜结构施工成形曲面为研究对象,以膜材粘弹性能及结构应力松弛分析为研究内容,考察膜结构施工张拉完成后膜面应力随时间的变化,分析不同张拉方式对膜面应力分布影响。本项目在解决成形曲面应力松弛问题中,对膜材粘弹性本构方程建立,成形曲面应力分析方法等基础理论问题进行了细致研究,为完善膜结构设计方法提供理论基础,同时对施工张拉方案进行探索,提高膜结构设计的安全性能及可靠性,促进膜结构的健康发展。

英文摘要: Due to viscosity of membrane materials, the membrane stresses of structures after forming process are decreased over time and have adverse effects on structural safety. Without considering viscosity of membrane materials in the design step, the tension methods are used to eliminate the stress relaxation effect in construction site. The effectiveness of methods needs to be verified by stress relaxation analysis of the equilibrium surface. By taking the actual equilibrium surface of membrane structure as research object, the viscoelastic properties of membrane materials and the stress relaxation analysis are carried out to obtain the membrane stress curve over time after construction. Meantime the effects of tension method to membrane stress distribution are discussed. With solving the stress relaxation problem, the viscoelastic constitutive equation of membrane material is established, and the stress analysis method of the actual equilibrium is proposed. The above research will improve the existing design method and propose the effective tension for enhancing structural safety and reliability.
