中文摘要: 脑内的各种生理和病理过程无不具有化学物质的参与,因此建立快速、简便、可用于检测脑中重要生理活性分子的分析方法对于了解脑活动的基本过程,脑疾病的发病机制及其治疗具有重要意义。本项目拟利用新型复合金属有机框架结构材料,建立高灵敏度、高选择性的紫外-荧光双通道可视化分析方法;并将其与试纸技术、微流控芯片技术相结合,实现针对脑中多种重要生物活性分子的快速、现场、同时分析,并将其应用于脑疾病中多种物质协同作用的分析。本项目的实施不仅为发展简单、快速的可视化分析方法提供新的思路和方法,也将进一步拓展复合金属有机框架结构材料在生物分析领域的新应用,为动态分析和监测脑疾病发病过程中化学物质的变化奠定了基础。

英文摘要: It is of great importance in developing technically simple and quick analytical methods for the determination of physiologically important species in vivo, because they play key roles in many critical biological processes related to brain functions and dysfunctions. In this project, we plan to develop the colorimetric and fluorescent dual signal sensing assays for the determination of important bioactive molecules in brain with high sensitivity and specificity by using composite metal-organic frameworks. Moreover, the paper chip and microfluidic chip techniques are going to be combined with colorimetric and fluorescent dual signal sensing systems to realize on-site, rapid, simultaneous determination of important bioactive molecules. Thus, the combination of the developed method with microfluidic chip technology leads to real-time monitoring the dynamic changes of relative bioactive molecules in brain dysfunctions. These investigations will not only open an innovative way to the development of effective methods for colorimetric analysis in a simple and rapid fashion, but also broaden the applications of composite metal-organic framework for in vivo analysis.
