中文摘要: 有机-无机杂化钙钛矿太阳电池因其优异的光伏效应而受到广泛关注,但其太阳光谱利用范围被局限于可见光区。本项目拟基于无空穴传输层钙钛矿太阳电池,将稀土掺杂光-光转换发光材料引入电池结构,利用稀土离子的光-光转换发光特性对入射的太阳光谱进行调制,通过合理的光-光转换发光层和电池结构的设计将太阳光谱中不能被钙钛矿太阳电池利用的紫外光和红外光转换成可被电池直接吸收利用的可见光,大幅提高太阳电池的光电转换效率。基于材料光-光转换发光性能和荧光动力学分析获得稀土离子在各基质材料中的光-光转换机理。实验和计算模拟相结合,分析稀土离子的掺杂对基质材料电子结构的影响,揭示电池中各界面对载流子输运行为和复合特性的影响机制,深入探讨太阳电池的光电转换机理。这种宽光谱钙钛矿太阳电池的设计和研究将为钙钛矿薄膜太阳电池的完善和应用奠定理论和实验基础。

英文摘要: The organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells have gained great attention due to their excellent photovoltaic effect. However, the spectrum range available for this solar cell is confined to visible range of sunlight. In this project, the rare earth doped luminescence materials are introduced to the hole conductor-free perovskite solar cells. The incident sunlight is modulated utilizing the optical-optical conversion properties of rare earth ions. Through reasonable designs of optical-optical conversion luminescence layers and solar cell structure, the unabsorbable ultraviolet and infrared light can be turned into absorbable visible light for perovskite solar cell, as a result, the photoelectric transformation efficiency of solar cell is improved substantially. The optical-optical conversion mechanisms of rare earth ions in various host materials are obtained based on the analysises of luminescence property and luminescence kinetic. By combining with the experiments and simulations, the influences of rare earth ions on the electronic structures of host materials are analyzed, and the influcing mechanisms of interface conditions on transport behaviors and recombination properties of carriers are revealed. Then the photoelectric conversion mechanism of this solar cell is discussed thoroughly. The design and investigation of perovskite solar cells with wide spectral absorption can provide experimental and theoretical basis for practical application of perovskite thin-film solar cells.
