中文摘要: 地铁盾构掘进实际上是一个动态的过程,隧道开挖引起的应是动态沉降槽,意味着在盾构掘进的过程中隧道开挖面还未达到建筑物地基处,其引起的地表纵向变形已经对建筑物产生影响,这在施工、设计和研究过程中易被忽视。本项目拟深入研究邻近浅基础结构物工况下的地铁盾构掘进引起的土体损失及变形,同时考虑建筑物距离、基础形式、盾构注浆填充率、支护压力比和偏心率等因素的影响。在盾构隧道掘进时,根据地基与基础相互作用的实际情况,考虑连续变形和发生离层两种作用形态,分别用boit固结理论和最小势能原理,建立建筑物地基、浅基础和结构物协同作用模型,反映隧道掘进对建筑物变形及内力动态影响规律,并提出隧道掘进区浅基础建筑物附加变形和内力的计算方法。通过成果应用,能减少地铁工程高额的施工费用和建筑物的维护费用,保障地铁施工及邻近建筑物的安全,具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

英文摘要: Subway shield tunneling is a dynamic process actually, so dynamic sedimentation tank caused by tunnel excavation should be emphasized. That means ground settlement has influenced the building when shield tunnel excavation face has not yet reached the building foundation, which is usually neglected during shield construction, design. Considering soil loss and distortion, and consideration of building distance, base form, shield grouting filling rate, supporting pressure ratio and eccentricity ratio and other factors, this project aims to study the adjacent shallow foundation structures under the condition of metro shield tunneling. According to the interaction between subsoil and foundation, considering continuous deformation and occurrence of absciss layer, the building foundation, shallow foundation and structure of synergy model were established respectively by boit consolidation theory and the principle of minimum potential energy to reflect the tunnel excavation on building's deformation and dynamic effect of internal force, and based on which additional deformation of shallow-foundation building and its internal force calculation method was put forward. High cost of subway engineering and buildings maintenance can be reduced through the application of achievements to ensure the safety of adjacent metro construction and buildings, which has great economic benefit and social benefit.
