中文摘要: 超大型激波风洞测力过程受到测力系统振动的干扰,有效实验时间与系统的振动周期可比,测力过程表现为动态测量过程,天平感知的力的各个分量区是飞行模型与支承结构的相对运动或相对运动趋势导致的内力,是模型承受的气动力分量与惯性力的叠加,在本质上区别于气动力。本项目以超大型激波风洞为背景,分别针对风洞起动过程形成冲击载荷作用模型、不同类型冲击载荷激励不同振型的规律、不同振型对气动力测量的干扰模型、测力过程中干扰量剥离的判据和方法四个方面内容,通过控制方程的理论求解建立相应的理论模型,并通过数值求解验证理论求解过程,最终通过大尺度尖锥标模实验验证和修正理论模型,将相关理论模型、剥离判据和方法推向工程应用。

英文摘要: For super-large shock tunnel, the vibration of dynamometry system interferes the measurement of aerodynamic forces. Since the effective test time is very short and at the same order of the vibration period, the measuring process of aerodynamic forces represents as a dynamic process. The wind-tunnel balance just measures the internal forces, which are generated by the relative motion or tendency of relative motion between vehicle model and supporting construction. The internal forces can be considered as the superposition of aerodynamic forces and inertia forces, which makes the data of wind-tunnel balance distinguished from the aerodynamic forces. Against the background of super-large shock tunnel, this program sets the investigation content from four aspects, such as modeling of impact load formed in wind tunnel starting progress, regularity of vibration modes excited by impact load of different styles, model of interference of vibration modes to measurement of aerodynamic forces, and criterion and method for recognizing the vibration interferences. Theoretical model can be set up by solving the governing equations theoretically, which can be verified by solving governing equation numerically. The validation and modification to the theoretical model will be carried out by experimental measurement of aerodynamic forces of large-scale pointed cone, which makes the model, criterion and method promoted to the engineering applications.
