中文摘要: 本项目利用嵌套模型定量地描述和研究群体感染过程与感染个体内乙肝病毒载量变化的相互作用,结合宏观传播与微观进展的特点,建立反映乙肝在两种水平下相互作用和影响的嵌套动力学模型,研究模型的动力学性态,发展模型分析方法;讨论群体感染与个体进展的相互影响,寻找乙肝传染率及流行程度与病毒载量之间的关系;根据模型理论和数值结果揭示乙肝病毒感染、慢性化进展、传播流行及预防治疗过程中的关键因素,为联合制定经济高效的抑制病毒复制、降低乙肝流行及提高预防治疗效果等提供理论依据;研究成果将为宏观与微观相结合的传染病动力学建模探索新的思路,为更好的控制乙肝的流行提供依据。

英文摘要: In this project, we will formulate mathematical models coupling the transmission dynamics among population and the HBV progression within infected individuals. The interraction between host transmisnon and individual HBV progression will be included in the nested models. We will study the dynamical behaviors of the models, analyze the interaction of hepatitis B infection at the population level and the individual level, and determine the relationship between prevalence and virus load. According to the theoretical results and numerical simulations, we will determine the key factors in the process of viral infection, chronic development, transmission and treatment of hepatitis B, and provide the theoretical basis for economical and efficient control of inhibiting viral replication, reducing the prevalence, and improving the prevention of hepatitis B. The results of this project will investigate a new idea to integrate the host transmission and individual viral progression in a epidemic model. It will provide a quantitative reference for hepatitis B prevention.
