中文摘要: 邻苯二甲酸酯是水环境中广泛存在的一类环境内分泌干扰物,由于其具有致突变性、致畸性、致癌性以及生殖毒性,已引起了人们的广泛关注。本项目拟采用超声波增强的化学浸渍法合成基于量子点的共轭材料/磷酸铋复合光催化剂,并将其用于水中邻苯二甲酸酯类污染物的降解。研究拟从以下三个方面展开:一是通过控制反应工艺参数,对量子点复合光催化剂的合成条件进行优化;二是通过光催化降解批试验,考察复合材料对邻苯二甲酸酯的光催化性能,并对反应途径和降解机理进行推导;三是拟采用基于中心组合设计的响应面分析方法,考察水中共存物质对降解反应的影响机制,并对降解产物的毒性进行生态风险评估,为光催化氧化技术在水处理方面的工业化应用提供一些有益的参数。

英文摘要: Phthalate esters (PAEs) are ubiquitous environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals in aquatic environment. They have attracted widespread attention because of its mutagenicity, teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproduction toxicity. Quantum dots-based π-conjugated materials/bismuth phosphate composite photocatalysts will be synthesized by ultrasonic-assisted impregnation method and used for degradation of PAEs in water. We will conduct the research from three aspects: Firstly, the synthesis conditions of quantum dots-based composite photocatalysts will be optimized by controlling reaction technical parameters. Secondly, the photocatalytic performances of the composites are assessed by photodegradation of PAEs. The reaction pathway and degradation mechanism of PAEs will be investigated and discussed systematically by batch experiments. Finally, the influencing mechanism of coexisting substances on photodegradation of PAEs by composites will be investigated by central composite design and response surface methodology. The biotoxicity of intermediate products will be evaluated by luminescent bacteria toxicity test. The research results could provide useful parameters for industrial applications of photocatalytic oxidation technology in the field of water treatment.
